Throughout all years of our activity, we have possessed all necessary permits for conducting licensed work involving increased hazard, initially issued by the State Mining Supervision (Derzhhirpromnahlyad), and following its liquidation and transfer of authority — by the State Labor Service of Ukraine. After the government implemented in 2020 the declarative principle for obtaining permits from the State Labor Service for certain high-risk works and operation (use) of machines, mechanisms, and equipment classified as hazardous, we submitted a declaration of compliance of our material and technical base with the occupational safety legislation requirements. This declaration was registered on November 2, 2020, by the State Labor Service Department in Chernihiv region under No. 351.20.74-D.

The specific functional purpose of your construction project determines the types of works performed: if it is industrial construction, it will necessarily include the installation of internal engineering systems and heating, electrical installation works for setting up electrotechnical equipment, installation of water supply and drainage systems (both external and internal), etc. For each type of work, special materials characteristic exclusively of that particular work type will be used.
