Dismantling and Installation Works for Relocation of MEYER 2400S Grain Dryer.

The team at VIMALSPETSBUD Construction Company designed and carried out both general construction and specialized works for Butenko Private Farm (Dyahova village, Menskyi District), which focuses on dairy and beef cattle farming and produces premium-grade milk.
We completed the construction of precast-monolithic structures, including a silage trench and a manure storage facility.
In addition, we carried out the installation of steel structures for a cattle shelter designed for large livestock.

Construction of a Paint Preparation Workshop for Vehicles – Drozda Street 7, Chernihiv
A workshop for vehicle paint preparation was constructed on a permanently allocated land plot located at 7 Drozda Street, Chernihiv.
The scope of work included:
Installation of a heating system
Installation of a ventilation system

Grain Cleaning Line for Butenko Farm – Equipment by VIMALSPETSBUD
For the grain cleaning line at Butenko Farm, specialists from the VIMALSPETSBUD production department manufactured and installed a rotary drum scalperator designed for pre-cleaning grain by removing large coarse impurities from the grain mass.
To additionally remove light impurities and dust, an air cleaning unit was also installed.
The scalperator prevents clogging and overloading of the receiving and distribution units of the downstream grain cleaning and drying equipment, significantly improving their overall efficiency and productivity.

Ichnia, Chernihiv Region – 2019
At the request of LLC “Sidko Ukraine”, our design and engineering department developed a project for a sunflower seed intake and storage complex for a grain intake and processing facility with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.
Our metal structures division manufactured the key equipment for the complex, including:
BP-10 Receiving Hopper – designed to receive sunflower seeds from road transport and feed them into the system;
N-50 Belt Bucket Elevator – for vertical transportation of seeds;
BN-100 Accumulation Hopper – for intermediate storage;
KSZh 6.5 Trough Belt Conveyor – for moving the seeds toward the big-bag filling unit.
The entire installation was completed in a short timeframe, in full compliance with national standards, regulations, and safety norms. The equipment successfully passed commissioning and acceptance testing.

A notable example of a large-scale project we successfully implemented is the construction of juice water accumulation ponds for a new starch and potato processing plant, located within the territory of the Novobilous Village Council, Chernihiv District, Chernihiv Region.
